Chicken Fried Crock Pot Pork Chop Recipe
It takes only a few minutes to brown the meat before assembling this crock pot pork chop recipe. The pork chops simmer all day in a flavorful sauce until they are tender. Canned soup creates a delicious gravy for tender pork in this simple one dish crock pot dinner recipe.
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/3 cup water
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil. Place in a crock pot. Combine soup and water; pour over the chops. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken pan juices and serve with the chops.
