Chicken Fried Crock Pot Pork Chop Recipe

It takes only a few minutes to brown the meat before assembling this crock pot pork chop recipe.  The pork chops simmer all day in a flavorful sauce until they are tender.  Canned soup creates a delicious gravy for tender pork in this simple one dish crock pot dinner recipe.

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup water

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.  In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil.  Place in a crock pot.  Combine soup and water; pour over the chops.  Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.  If desired, thicken pan juices and serve with the chops.
