Crockpot Chicken and Gravy
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 small potatoes, quartered, with jackets
- Approx. 6 stalks celery, sliced
- ½ pkg baby carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Place the vegetables on the bottom of the crock pot. Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet sprayed with PAM or vegetable spray. Place the
chicken over the vegetables.
Cover with the cream of chicken soup, undiluted. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Do not add water.
Cover and cook all day on low, or 6 hours on high.
