Crockpot Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

A restaurant could make a fortune with this flavorful crockpot meal. Bacon and sour cream add richness to a simple sauce that really dresses up everyday chicken. Prepared with canned soup, this crockpot recipie is easy to assemble.  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled or 4 tablespoons real bacon bits

Place chicken in a crockpot. Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with bacon. 

 Yield - 4 servings
